Summary
Shows the routes and measuring transit delays of packets. This function is available via the taskpane.
Return Value
The function returns an array with an overview of the routes and the delay per hop to a given host. When a hostname can’t be found or can’t be resolved, the function will return “N/F:HOST!”.
Following parameters are displayed in the array:
- Hop
- Time 1
- Time 2
- Time 3
- IP
Arguments
host – Specifies the host you want to traceroute, can be both a hostname or IPv4 address.
