Summary
The ‘Search Connection’ panel helps the user choosing a connection from the Automation Portal Historian. The ‘Search Connection’ panel is especially useful when using the taskpanes to configure an Automation Portal Excel function.
The user can open the ‘Search Connection’ panel using the magnifying glass icon shown near a connection field.
Basic Search Tab
The ‘Basic Search’ tab allows the user to easily select a connection from the connection list. The ‘Search Connection’ field can be used to search a specific connection in the connection list. When clicking ‘OK’, the connection will be shown in the taskpane.
